Nicolle Wallace’s ratings have plummeted, trailing behind the Food Network.

MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace finds herself in a downward spiral as her ratings continue to plummet following Donald Trump’s triumphant re-election. Notably, Wallace’s viewership is now trailing behind a show on The Food Network.

Her relentless Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) has turned her into a figure willing to stoop low, even attacking a young pediatric cancer warrior, to gain political leverage. Recently, Wallace made a distasteful remark about DJ Daniel, a 13-year-old battling cancer who was honored as a Secret Service member during President Trump’s joint address to Congress.

Wallace twisted this heartfelt moment into a political attack, diverting the narrative to unjustly target President Trump and his supporters by invoking January 6.

“I hope he never has to defend the United States Capitol against Donald Trump’s supporters… And if he does, I hope he isn’t one of the six who loses his life to suicide,” Wallace stated.

Her callous comments were met with immediate backlash, likely contributing to her sinking ratings.

According to Fox News:

Wallace’s MSNBC program, “Deadline: White House,” averaged 1.6 million total viewers from the start of 2024 until Election Day, then saw a dramatic 35% drop once Trump prevailed. “Deadline: White House” averaged just over one million viewers for the remainder of 2024 as its liberal audience largely tuned out the news on the heels of Trump’s victory.

“Deadline: White House” experienced a similar decline in the key demographic of adults aged 25-54, averaging 144,000 viewers in 2024 before the election but losing 35% to settle at 93,000 following the Democrats’ devastating loss.

In 2025, Wallace’s show has averaged 1.1 million viewers, marking a 25% drop compared to the same period in 2024. In stark contrast, Fox News Channel programming during Wallace’s time slot has averaged 3.6 million viewers, more than tripling “Deadline: White House” viewership.

In the critical demo, Wallace trails cable shows such as “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives” on the Food Network and BET’s “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” with an average of 108,000 viewers this year. Clearly, Wallace’s brand of TDS is not resonating with the American people.
