Former President Trump switched up his entrance music for his rally in Traverse City, Michigan on Friday night, this time opting to walk out to the theme for WWE legend “The Undertaker.”
For nearly a decade, Trump has been walking out to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless The USA” for rallies, fundraisers and other events. The patriotic hit has become synonymous with the former president, as he has made a number of emotional entrances to the song over the years, the most notable being Trump’s entrances at the Republican National Convention and the return rally in Butler, Pennsylvania after he was nearly killed by an assassin.
On Friday, Trump opted to switch things up by walking out to the menacing “Undertaker” theme song. The former president recently joined the WWE legend’s podcast and has played the song in the build-up to his rallies on numerous occasions.

That changed on Friday, however, as the former president descended the steps of Trump Force One to the menacing theme. Sporting a black and gold “Make America Great Again” hat, the Republican nominee took more time than usual to acknowledge supporters in the crowd before delivering his remarks.

The former president’s Michigan rally capped off a busy day of campaigning and media appearances for the Trump Campaign. Earlier in the day, the former president traveled to the Texas capital of Austin for a major rally. He then sat for a three-hour chat with Joe Rogan on the most popular podcast in the world before boarding the plane for the Michigan rally.
The long-awaited Trump interview is on pace to surpass more than 25 million YouTube views in 24 hours, prompting the former president to give Rogan a shoutout during the Michigan rally.
“I got interviewed by actually a great guy. I didn’t know him too well, but I got to know him because it was the longest interview I’ve ever done in my life. Joe Rogan, a good guy,” Trump said, drawing roaring cheers from the swing state crowd.
The former president then noted that some campaign staffers asked if he wanted to cancel the Michigan rally after the long day, a proposal Trump was not interested in. “And it’s, you know, it’s quite something. And we had some other things really important. And I said, you know, we’re going to get this stuff done. And my people came to me, sir, we could cancel our evening event. I’m sure the people wouldn’t mind. I said, are you crazy? I’m not canceling,” the former president said before apologizing for the delay.
