President Donald Trump on Friday unveiled a limited-edition passport design for America’s 250th birthday — and patriots are going to love it.
The new passport features a portrait of Trump standing over the Oval Office’s Resolute Desk with his fists on the table. The image drives home his stern warning for those entering the United States.
“WELCOME, BUT BE GOOD!”
Trump posted the design on Truth Social with the message: “The U.S.A.’s New Passport, which says, ‘Welcome, but be good!'”
The limited-edition America 250 passports mark the nation’s semiquincentennial — 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
The portrait shows Trump in a power stance at the Resolute Desk — fists down, leaning forward — embodying the no-nonsense approach to border security and national sovereignty that defined his first term and continues in his second.
The design is a stark departure from the traditional eagle-and-flag imagery of standard U.S. passports. Instead, it sends a clear message: America welcomes visitors and immigrants, but lawlessness will not be tolerated.
Trump’s “Welcome, but be good” line encapsulates his entire foreign policy and immigration philosophy — the same energy that built the border wall, ended catch-and-release, and brought illegal crossings to historic lows.
The limited-edition passports will be available as the nation prepares for America 250 celebrations next year.
