JUST IN: Disney’s Shocking Anti-White Discrimination Exposed In Undercover Video

Disney has found itself in controversy following the release of an undercover video that exposed discriminatory hiring practices against white males. Shared by journalist James O’Keefe, the video features Michael Giordano, a Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company, candidly discussing the company’s internal policies on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

In the video, Giordano revealed that Disney is not considering white males for certain positions. “There’s no way we’re hiring a white male,” Giordano said, indicating to O’Keefe Media Group’s undercover reporter that the directive is both spoken and unspoken within the company’s ranks.

According to Giordano, Disney uses “code words and buzzwords” to skirt legal repercussions while enforcing these policies. He mentioned one instance where a candidate was rejected for not looking “black enough,” alluding to the extent to which appearance plays a role in Disney’s hiring decisions. This form of discrimination, Giordano implied, is incentivized through bonuses for executives who adhere to DEI guidelines, which he suggests contribute to financial incentives.

“We wanted somebody in meetings who would appear a certain way, and he wasn’t going to bring that to the meeting,” Giordano recounted.

The Senior Vice President also shared his personal experience, saying that he has been passed over for promotions due to his race. Despite his qualifications and tenure of 11 years at Disney, he felt his advancement was stifled because he is a white male.

The video produced by O’Keefe’s team, captures Giordano in a candid conversation about the inner workings of Disney’s hiring practices. Giordano explains how Disney’s DEI policies are implemented and the rationale behind them. He revealed that executives use coded language to ensure discriminatory practices are not legally actionable. Phrases like “not looking at the usual suspects” are employed to subtly communicate the exclusion of white male candidates.

A particularly troubling aspect of the video is Giordano’s disclosure that Disney executives receive bonuses for adhering to DEI practices. This financial incentive structure, he suggests, is a driving force behind the discriminatory hiring and promotion policies. “Diversity helps with financial incentives?” asked the undercover reporter, to which Giordano admitted.

The internal strife within the company mirrors external controversies that Disney has faced concerning its political stances. Recently, the launch of Disney’s Star Wars series “The Acolyte” has been met with backlash for what many fans deem excessive political correctness, propelled by overly progressive themes.

The culmination of internal and external pressures coincides with the resolution of a public legal dispute between Disney and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. The conflict, which flared over Disney’s opposition to the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, escalated when DeSantis overhauled the oversight of Disney World’s special tax district. In retaliation, Disney executed last-minute legal maneuvers to strip the new board of much of its power.

Last month, the parties finally settled, concluding all ongoing litigation in state court. Disney also paused its federal lawsuit appeal, where it had accused Governor DeSantis of retaliatory misuse of his gubernatorial powers. The resolution marked the end of a highly visible battle that showcased the ongoing tension between corporate influence and political authority.
