Reparations for January 6 Political Victims: Attorneys Pave Way to Justice

A powerhouse legal duo is on a mission to seek reparations for January 6 political victims. Trump attorney Peter Ticktin and Mark McCloskey have come together to fight for compensation for American Patriots wrongfully imprisoned after the Capitol protests on January 6, 2021.

The Setup

What started as a peaceful protest turned chaotic when Metropolitan Police launched flash-bangs, CS Gas, and rubber bullets into the crowd. These brave Americans were exercising their First Amendment rights, yet they were labeled traitors and insurrectionists, hunted down, and imprisoned by their own government.

Now, the tide is turning, with justice on the horizon.

The Attorneys

Peter Ticktin brings a wealth of legal expertise to this fight. A close friend of President Trump, Ticktin has uncovered truths about January 6. His legal career began in 1972 in Ontario, Canada. Today, he’s the senior partner at The Ticktin Law Group in Florida and has been a political target for his close ties to Trump.

In a notable case, U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks ruled against Ticktin and Trump’s legal team, imposing financial sanctions. However, Ticktin remains steadfast, appealing the case and joining forces with McCloskey to represent January 6 political prisoners.

McCloskey is a defender of Second Amendment rights. He and his wife Patricia gained national attention during the BLM riots. Facing hostile government charges, they learned firsthand the price of standing up for their beliefs. Now, McCloskey has joined Ticktin to seek justice for the January 6 victims.

The Lawsuit

Ticktin and McCloskey aim to provide compensation for the wrongs done to January 6 victims. McCloskey asserts there’s overwhelming evidence of the Biden administration’s conspiracy to violate rights for political reasons. They plan to file individual claims and hope to establish a restitution program with the DOJ.

  • Fourth Amendment Violations: Unreasonable searches and seizures by the FBI.
  • Sixth Amendment Violations: Defendants denied fair trials and impartial juries.
  • Eighth Amendment Violations: Inordinate fines and cruel punishments.

The Questionnaire

To facilitate lawsuits, Ticktin and Jason Sullivan, along with journalist Patricia Tolson, created a detailed questionnaire for January 6 victims. Sullivan gathered exculpatory evidence on January 6, 2021, which was mostly ignored by the committee but shared with Ticktin.

Key questions include:

  • Q50: Were Miranda Rights read at arrest?
  • Q53–Q54: Were you detained before trial, denied bond?
  • Q71: Were you under duress signing a plea deal?

These questions aim to document abuses, paving the way for lawsuits and holding those responsible accountable.

The Real Insurrection

Ticktin and McCloskey agree the true insurrection was orchestrated by the Biden administration, not Trump supporters. Evidence shows provocateurs incited violence to entrap protesters. Known ANTIFA members posed as MAGA supporters, and undercover officers acted as provocateurs.

Despite pleas, Nancy Pelosi rejected National Guard support, and provocateurs escalated the riot. Security measures were deliberately removed, leaving the Capitol vulnerable.

Ticktin asserts that there’s enough evidence to identify the real architects of January 6. “These people planned an insurrection,” he declared.

“If You Stick Your Head Up… We Will Crush You.”

The Biden administration’s persecution of January 6 participants serves as a warning against standing up for one’s rights. Ticktin and McCloskey argue that the government’s actions were intended to destroy lives and deter dissent.

According to McCloskey, justice is coming. When the truth is revealed, it will shock the American people. Sullivan believes upcoming lawsuits will bring explosive revelations, exposing the truth behind January 6.

Justice is on the horizon.
