Authorities have detained Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, a 20-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala, who faces charges for the brutal murder of his two-month-old daughter. Rabanales-Pretzantzin’s admission to the heinous act has sent shockwaves through the community.

This tragic incident unfolded when Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin allegedly assaulted little Liseyda Rabales Pretzantzina out of a misguided belief that she was not his child. Such a sentiment is reportedly what fueled his violent actions.

Rabanales-Pretzantzin illegally crossed the border in 2022, a fact critics argue is a consequence of Joe Biden’s border policies.

A press release from the Nassau County Police Department revealed that officers responded to a distress call reporting a choking infant in an Inwood home.

“Upon arrival, officers rendered medical aid, and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital. The infant was later transferred to a different hospital where she succumbed to her injuries,” the statement read.

Further investigations concluded that the infant was fatally assaulted.

A soulless Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, allegedly slapped little Liseyda Rabanales-Barrios in the face, punched her in the stomach, and violently shook her inside his Inwood home on March 7, according to a sickening criminal complaint.

The accusations continue with claims that he tossed her onto a bed and ruthlessly applied pressure to her chest with his fist. The infant suffered severe injuries, including ribcage damage and a fractured vertebra, allegedly from being shaken.

Nassau County Detective Lieutenant Scott Skrynecki stated to the New York Post, “Although he is listed as the father on the birth certificate, he suspects that he is not the father, so he lost affection for the baby and felt some kind of animosity.”
