If you are a California resident (or a resident of a state with similar privacy laws), you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other state laws, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
What “sale” and “sharing” mean
Under California law, “sale” and “sharing” cover situations where personal information is transferred to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration — including for cross-context behavioral advertising. Standard ad-tech cookies and tracking pixels can fall under this definition.
What we do
Right Patriots uses third-party advertising, analytics, and email service providers. Some of these partners may receive personal information (cookie identifiers, IP address, browsing activity on our site) in ways that California law considers a “sale” or “sharing.”
We do not sell or share information we knowingly collect from anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.
How to opt out
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, do one or more of the following:
- Use our cookie banner: Click the cookie banner / preferences widget on any page of rightpatriots.com and toggle off non-essential cookies and tracking
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor browser-level GPC signals automatically. Most modern browsers and privacy extensions support GPC
- Email us: Send a request to support@rightpatriots.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”
Opt-out requests are processed within 15 business days. You do not have to create an account to submit one.
Other rights under CCPA / CPRA
You also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Request deletion of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
