AG Pam Bondi takes a firm stand on deportation.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has delivered a clear and firm message regarding Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national with alleged ties to the notorious MS-13 gang. As Bondi emphasized, Garcia is “not coming back to our country” after being deported to El Salvador.

Garcia, who entered the U.S. illegally in 2011 as a teenager, was granted “withholding of removal” status in 2019, citing fears of gang violence in his home country. However, U.S. judges have identified him as a member of MS-13.

At a recent press conference, Bondi stated, “He is not coming back to our country. President Bukele said he was not sending him back. That’s the end of the story.

Bondi further explained, “If he wanted to send him back, we would give him a plane ride back,” referring to President Bukele’s decision. She clarified that despite a Supreme Court ruling, which states that the U.S. must “facilitate” Garcia’s return, this only means providing a plane if Bukele opts to send him back.

While the liberal media has questioned Garcia’s gang affiliations, Bondi confidently dismissed these claims. “He is an illegal alien who has been living illegally in our country from El Salvador. ICE testified, and an immigration judge ruled, he was a member of MS-13. An appellate judge ruled he was a member of MS-13. Hard stop,” she stated.

Bondi emphasized, “He was deported. They needed one additional step in paperwork, but now, MS-13 is characterized as they should be as an FTO, as a foreign terrorist organization.” She assured the public that any required documentation has now been finalized.

Concluding her statement, Bondi reiterated, “He’s from El Salvador. He’s in El Salvador, and that’s where the president plans on keeping him.”
