Right Patriots respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects readers, contributors, and partners to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on rightpatriots.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the material on rightpatriots.com that you believe is infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed under a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the same designated agent. Counter-notifications must include the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat Infringers
Right Patriots terminates the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
False Claims
Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Submit notices in good faith.
