Border Czar Tom Homan is taking a bold stand, famously declaring at the Conservative Political Action Committee in February that he’s “bringing hell to Boston.” Homan revealed that several ruthless child rapists, wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), were shockingly released in Massachusetts before ICE could detain them.
Upon investigation, CBS News confirmed this disturbing reality, underscoring the urgent need for action.
NEW: CBS looked into ICE Boston claims that illegal aliens charged w/ child rape in MA are repeatedly being released from jail w/ ridiculously low bail. They found that yes, they are, including the following in recent months:

In a troubling turn of events, two child rapists were released on a mere $7,500 bail, while another case saw two more offenders released on just $500 bail. In an even more alarming incident, a Honduran national, charged with assault, armed robbery, and rape, was released without any bail.
Massachusetts laws, as reported by CBS, prevent law enforcement from holding individuals who have posted bail, even if they are wanted by ICE. The state’s Supreme Court ruling in Lunn v. Commonwealth states that “Massachusetts law provides no authority for Massachusetts court officers to arrest and hold an individual solely on the basis of a Federal civil immigration detainer, beyond the time that the individual would otherwise be entitled to be released from State custody.”
The issue of unreasonably low bail rates adds another layer of concern. CBS consulted criminal defense and immigration attorney Stephen Roth, who explained that bail is intended to ensure court appearances, not to keep individuals in custody. With these policies, Massachusetts finds itself in a precarious position.
ICE is dedicated to capturing these dangerous individuals, but local police are forced to release them if they meet bail requirements, sometimes at no cost whatsoever. Imagine the fear and frustration of victims knowing their attackers are back on the streets with minimal impediment.
Despite the challenges posed by blue states, Homan remains undeterred. Recently, President Donald Trump lauded Homan for his successful capture of a leader of the notorious MS13 gang.
Homan has consistently expressed his dissatisfaction with Democratic support for sanctuary cities, but he remains steadfast in fulfilling the duties entrusted to him by Trump. Even though Trump’s second term is only two months old, Homan is already demonstrating exceptional leadership in his role.
