A Brooklyn resident, Natasha Cohen, is under fire after allegedly leaving a brick marked with a swastika and the word “Nazi” on a Tesla parked in a predominantly Jewish area. In addition to the offensive graffiti, she reportedly placed a bag of trash on the vehicle.
The New York Post reveals that Cohen, identified as a “super-woke family therapist,” participates in criminal justice diversion programs. Authorities apprehended her on hate-crime charges, following surveillance footage that caught her in action. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance.
Cohen attributed her actions to fear of Elon Musk, claiming she “lives in terror” on a daily basis.
Cohen, 46, has a private practice, working with children, adolescents, and their families for more than two decades.
In a statement to the police after her April 12 arrest, Cohen expressed, “Every time I see those cars, I see Elon Musk saluting the country as a Nazi,” according to a copy of the criminal complaint obtained by The Post.
She further elaborated, “I made a mistake because I’m basically living in terror every day that the country is turning into Nazi Germany. I’m truly terrified because Elon was unelected and they’re deporting migrants without a trial.”
