Patriots, the Biden autopen debacle just got more intriguing! A new revelation by the Oversight Project has uncovered a second autopen signature extensively used for President Biden’s pardons and commutations. This new autopen, adding to the growing list of Biden’s questionable practices, shows slight variations compared to the first one.
The team at the Oversight Project has identified two autopens, Autopen A and Autopen B, each displaying unique characteristics. Out of the 51 clemency warrants issued by Biden:
- 16 were signed with Autopen A
- 16 were signed with Autopen B
- 19 appear to be wet signatures
According to the Oversight Project, these warrants were part of a broader clemency action affecting 4,245 individuals, including some of the most dangerous criminals. The differences between Autopen A and B are subtle yet telling, with variations in the spacing and style of lettering in President Biden’s signature.

Further scrutiny by The New York Post suggests that a key Biden aide might have overstepped their bounds, signing documents without proper authorization. An insider has expressed concerns about this aide wielding undue influence, stating, “To me, [the staffer] basically was the president.”
President Trump has also weighed in, questioning the legitimacy of these autopen-signed documents. He criticized the practice, stating, “Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it, and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen, so how would he know?”
Trump blasts Biden’s autopen signatures on executive orders: “Maybe it’s not even valid because, you know, who’s getting him to sign?”
