Investigative journalist Joel Gilbert is back in the spotlight, revealing new insights into the “Letitia James Files.” These files have taken the nation by storm, leading to a criminal referral that might spell trouble for New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Patriots, stay alert as Gilbert prepares to unveil more shocking details about Letitia James’s alleged mortgage fraud in his upcoming report. The latest developments promise to bring new evidence to light.

Here’s the story so far:

The readers have played a crucial role in pushing “The Letitia Files” into the national conversation, now capturing the attention of the Department of Justice.

Last night, Laura Ingram featured a segment on The Ingram Angle with George Washington University Law School professor and Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley. They discussed Gateway Pundit’s findings over the past two weeks. Turley provided extensive comments on a new criminal referral of Letitia James from the U.S. Federal Housing FHFA Constitution Center to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.

This criminal referral, authored by William J. Pulte, Director of U.S. Federal Housing FHFA, was built on findings from Sam Antar’s Letitia Files article, highlighting James’s alleged falsification of records to obtain a home loan for a Virginia property she declared as her principal residence in 2023, while serving in New York.

The timing raises eyebrows as it occurred just before James’s civil fraud trial against Donald Trump, which resulted in a $454 million judgment. The referral claims James violated residency requirements and possibly misrepresented her mortgage applications for better loan terms.

The referral letter further points to documents from the Letitia Files article, Mortgage Fraud Alert: Did Letitia James Marry Her Father?, revealing that James listed her father as her husband on mortgage documents from 1983 and 2000. Turley highlighted these as misleading statements in his commentary on Ingram’s show.

The criminal referral also cites my Letitia Files article, Big Development: Is Letitia James Guilty of Mortgage Fraud?, discussing the purchase of a Brooklyn property in 2001. James allegedly misrepresented the property’s unit count to obtain a conforming loan and potentially secure mortgage assistance.

Laura Ingram remarked on the violations in James’s mortgage agreements, indicating that discrepancies in the unit count could have affected the loan’s validity.

Jonathan Turley summed it up, pointing out the irony of James’s legal actions against Trump while facing similar accusations herself. As these revelations unfold, Joel Gilbert’s work continues to shed light on this unfolding saga.
