Patriots, the winds of change are sweeping through California as President Trump’s newly appointed U.S. Attorney for the Central District, Bill Essayli, takes the reins with a robust plan to restore law and order. This former California GOP Assemblyman is determined to dismantle the sanctuary state policies that have long defied federal immigration law.
Essayli, a staunch supporter of border security and a well-known adversary of Governor Newsom, declared, “Sanctuary state is not workable, and it’s not legal. We’re going to use every tool at our disposal to end sanctuary state as we know it in the state of California.”
California officials could find themselves under scrutiny as the law clearly states, according to 8 U.S. Code § 1324, that anyone facilitating or harboring illegal aliens could face imprisonment. In past conversations, Essayli has exposed California’s dangerous policies of ignoring ICE detainers, thus endangering communities by releasing illegal immigrants back into society.

Essayli’s mission is clear: “We will be aggressively enforcing our immigration laws and prosecuting anyone who interferes with federal law enforcement’s deportation efforts,” he stated, not ruling out the prosecution of California politicians.
Having recently been sworn in by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, Essayli is ready to tackle the responsibilities of overseeing nearly 20 million people across multiple counties, including Los Angeles and Orange.
“I am honored that President Trump and Attorney General Bondi have placed their trust in me to serve as United States Attorney for the Central District of California,” Essayli expressed, underscoring his commitment to restoring trust in the justice system and making the streets safer.
His priorities include battling organized crime, drug trafficking, and public corruption. Essayli is also committed to investigating the misallocation of billions in funds meant for California’s homelessness crisis.
An audit revealed that over $24 billion in homelessness spending has yielded little progress, with over $2 billion unaccounted for. “No one is off limits in our investigation,” Essayli declared as he works alongside the FBI, IRS, and HUD Inspector General to track every dollar and hold those responsible accountable.
On the election front, Essayli is poised to ensure compliance with federal law, targeting illegal voter registrations and voting practices. He remains determined to uphold the integrity of the electoral process in California.
With a strategic plan unfolding, Essayli’s leadership promises to bring significant changes to California’s policies and enforce the laws that safeguard American citizens. Stay tuned as this pivotal moment in California’s history unfolds under Essayli’s watchful eye.
