The White House Faith Office has announced an empowering and patriotic series of events to celebrate US Christians during Holy Week. This approach marks a decisive shift from last year’s controversial move by the Biden administration, which promoted a transgender day of visibility on Easter Sunday.

This year, under President Trump’s leadership, the White House will host a series of events to honor Christianity across the nation. Jennifer Korn, the director of the White House Faith Office, revealed that a special presidential message will be shared daily throughout Holy Week, culminating on Easter Sunday.

Korn said it “will be a special time of prayer and worship at the White House to be shared with Americans celebrating the week leading up to Resurrection Sunday.”

As Palm Sunday approaches, President Trump is set to issue a presidential Easter proclamation. This message will not only resonate with Christians at the dawn of Holy Week but will also reinforce his steadfast commitment to defending the Christian faith across various sectors, including schools, the military, workplaces, hospitals, and government institutions.

Monday will see the release of a special Holy Week video by the President, followed by an Easter dinner on Wednesday evening. This event will feature inspirational hymns by the Marine Corps Band, Christian opera by singer Charles Billingsley, prayers, and remarks from President Trump himself.

Christian leaders, including Franklin Graham, will gather at the Trump White House for the dinner on Wednesday night, with further religious services planned for Thursday. The observances will continue, celebrating the spirit of faith and unity, right through to Easter Sunday.

President Trump inaugurated the White House Faith Office on February 7, 2025, to support faith-based organizations, community groups, and places of worship in their mission to fortify American families, advocate work and self-reliance, and uphold religious liberty.
