Trump Administration Launches Whistleblower Tip Line to Report Sex Changes on Minors.

In a bold move, President Donald Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has unveiled a dedicated whistleblower tip line. This initiative aims to empower citizens to report any instances of chemical and surgical sex change procedures performed on minors. This step is in alignment with Trump’s decisive executive order, “Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation.”

This new channel invites anyone aware of practices involving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex change surgeries administered to children to come forward. “HHS is committed to protecting whistleblowers to the full extent of the law,” states the department’s detailed explainer about the tip line.

In addition to launching the tip line, the department has also announced a significant investigation into a major pediatric teaching hospital. This comes after allegations surfaced about the wrongful termination of a whistleblower nurse, who was exercising her federally protected rights of conscience.

The investigation is set to determine if the hospital in question breached federal law, specifically the Church Amendments, by dismissing a nurse who sought a religious accommodation. This nurse opposed administering puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to children due to her religious beliefs about the sterilization impacts of these interventions. While HHS has not disclosed the hospital’s name, many believe the nurse to be Vanessa Sivadge.

Sivadge, who previously worked at Texas Children’s Hospital, recently testified before Congress regarding her termination. Acting HHS OCR Director Anthony Archeval has emphasized the department’s commitment to enforcing federal laws that protect whistleblowers. “The Department will robustly enforce Federal laws protecting these courageous whistleblowers, including laws that protect health care professionals from being forced to violate their religious beliefs or moral convictions,” Archeval asserted.
