Patriots, it’s time to hold those responsible for the pandemic accountable! Formal criminal referral requests have been filed in seven states, with Arizona and Pennsylvania recently joining the ranks. These states are pursuing justice against Dr. Anthony Fauci and other key figures for alleged crimes including murder, medical coercion, and even terrorism, all linked to their actions during the COVID crisis.

Joining the patriotic states of Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma, Arizona and Pennsylvania have taken a stand. The Vires Law Group and the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation have filed these explosive referrals, calling on state attorneys general to investigate Fauci and his pandemic-era colleagues. As Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, highlighted, this grassroots effort seeks to hold the COVID-19 mandates accountable for their devastating impacts.

The list of individuals facing these serious allegations includes:

  • Dr. Anthony Fauci – Former NIAID Director
  • Dr. Deborah Birx – Former White House COVID Coordinator
  • Dr. Rochelle Walensky – Former CDC Director
  • Dr. Francis Collins – Former NIH Director
  • Dr. Cliff Lane – Deputy Director, NIAID
  • Dr. Stephen Hahn – Former FDA Commissioner
  • Dr. Janet Woodcock – Principal Deputy Commissioner, FDA (Arizona-specific)
  • Dr. Peter Hotez – Baylor vaccine promoter (Arizona-specific)
  • Dr. Robert Redfield – Former CDC Director
  • Dr. Peter Daszak – EcoHealth Alliance president and Wuhan collaborator
  • Dr. Ralph Baric – UNC virologist linked to gain-of-function research
  • Dr. Rick Bright – Former BARDA Director
  • Hospital administrators and care providers across Arizona and Pennsylvania

The referral letters present shocking charges such as:

  • Murder
  • Negligent Homicide
  • Involuntary Manslaughter
  • Medical Coercion and Abuse
  • Kidnapping
  • Human Trafficking for Forced Labor
  • Racketeering
  • Operating a Corrupt Organization
  • Terrorism

Back in February, a coalition of seventeen state attorneys general reached out to Republican congressional leaders seeking support to delve into the origins of COVID-19 and consider legal measures against Dr. Fauci at the state level. South Carolina’s Attorney General, Alan Wilson, is leading this charge to counter the preemptive pardon given by Joe Biden on his last day in office, which aimed to shield Fauci from federal prosecution.

The federal pardon doesn’t preclude state-level actions, and these bold state attorneys general are actively pushing for further Congressional assistance to facilitate investigations and potential prosecutions at the state level.
