A recent video posted by a TikToker claiming to be a legal expert has sparked outrage across the nation. In this unsettling video, the individual wrongly instructs illegal aliens facing deportation to “shoot” at ICE agents, potentially inciting violence against our valiant law enforcement officers.
He brazenly states, “If ICE agents are trying to take you or a loved one, shoot them on sight,” pushing the absurd notion that this would create “the best self-defense case.”
The TikToker goes on to make false claims that ICE agents are operating without proper identification, using masks, and driving unmarked vehicles. “It could be anybody,” he argues. “It could be gang members. You have every right to shoot at ’em.”
WATCH:
Shoot at ICE agents on sight. That’s right. If ICE agents are trying to take you or a loved one, shoot them on sight.
The way they’re pulling up with masks on, with unmarked vehicles, no badge, no nothing, it could be anybody. It could be gang members. You have every right to shoot at ’em. This would be the best self-defense case. You’re just in fear for your life. You don’t know who’s behind that unmarked vehicle or who’s behind that mask. This is ridiculous.
What is our country coming to? Why would you want to be an ICE agent anyway? Do you like separating kids from their parents? Do you like deporting students that are studying? I can understand deporting a gang member or criminals, but innocent people is ridiculous.
The way these ICE agents are pulling up with masks on, unmarked vehicles, they are pulling up like gang members. They are pulling up like the mafia. You might as well shoot them on site and have your day in court. Take care guys. Now I’m out.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was quick to respond to this dangerous call for violence with a firm message. She declared that the individual behind the video will face prosecution.
If you threaten or attempt to harm a law enforcement officer we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
