Elon Musk stands resolute with his security team.

Elon Musk is backing his beliefs with financial support, as he steps up to defend President Trump against radical judicial overreach.

In a strategic move, Musk is channeling donations to members of Congress who are advocating for the impeachment of judges attempting to undermine the Trump administration. President Trump, a true patriot, is facing a staggering 129 legal challenges in just under two months of his current term. This surpasses the 64 injunctions he encountered during his first term from 2017 to 2021, highlighting the incessant legal warfare against him.

With Elon Musk and countless other Trump supporters demanding an end to this judicial activism, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

According to The New York Times, Musk is contributing the maximum permissible donations to Congress members who support initiatives to impeach these judges. The report stated:

Elon Musk has made the maximum allowable donation to Republican members of Congress who support impeaching federal judges who are impeding actions taken by President Trump, according to five people with knowledge of the matter.

Elon Musk has not only supported these causes verbally but has given the maximum hard-dollar donations possible to the campaigns of seven Republican lawmakers. These leaders have either endorsed judicial impeachment or called for aggressive action in response to recent court decisions against the Trump administration, including a controversial ruling by Judge James E. Boasberg of the Federal District Court in Washington.

On a recent Saturday, Judge Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to return planes carrying alleged Venezuelan gang members from El Salvador back to the United States, a move that could spark a constitutional crisis.

Among those receiving Musk’s financial backing are Representatives Eli Crane of Arizona, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Andy Ogles of Tennessee, Andrew Clyde of Georgia, Derrick Van Orden of Wisconsin, and Brandon Gill of Texas. Musk also extended his support to Senator Charles E. Grassley, Republican of Iowa.
