Judicial Tyranny Strikes Again! Radical U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan has launched an outrageous legal assault on Elon Musk and the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), allowing a left-wing witch hunt that threatens to expose the identities of DOGE employees to hostile bureaucratic forces.
On Tuesday, the notoriously biased Judge Chutkan, known for her disdain for President Trump, issued a shocking order in the case of State of New Mexico, et al. v. Elon Musk, et al. The order demands that Musk and DOGE submit sensitive documents and data within a tight 21-day window, all to satisfy a coalition of Democrat-led states intent on derailing Trump’s agenda.
This judicial decree mandates that DOGE reveal confidential information and internal documents related to its employees, contracts, and federal engagements, directly impacting states involved in the lawsuit.
Chutkan stood by the plaintiffs’ aggressive demands, asserting they suitably addressed the “parameters of DOGE’s and Musk’s authority,” a focal point in the plaintiffs’ claims under the Appointments Clause.
“Again, subject to a minor amendment, Plaintiffs have sufficiently tailored their interrogatories and requests for admission as well. Those requests seek to identify DOGE personnel and the parameters of DOGE’s and Musk’s authority- a question central to Plaintiffs’ claims,” Chutkan wrote.
This reckless decision could enable politically motivated activists to misuse personal information against patriotic citizens merely performing their duties.
What a disgrace!
Why do we tolerate this blatant disregard for justice from such judicial extremists?
- Plaintiffs’ Discovery Requests shall be limited to information and materials regarding agencies, employees, contracts, grants, federal funding, legal agreements, databases, or data management systems that involve or engage with Plaintiff States, including entities and institutions operated or funded by Plaintiff States;
- “Recommended” and “recommendation” shall be deleted from Plaintiffs’ Fourth Interrogatory and replaced with “directed” and “direction.”
