According to Atlanta News First, “Abrams and the New Georgia Project, from which she is no longer affiliated, are being investigated by the same Senate panel that has been examining Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ historic indictment of Donald Trump during the time he was out of the Oval Office.”

The Senate committee will delve into alleged campaign finance violations and probe recent New Georgia Project firings, reportedly linked to unionization efforts within the organization.

Francys Johnson, the head of The New Georgia Project, resigned following a hefty fine imposed on the nonprofit for campaign fundraising violations.

Stacey Abrams, a twice-unsuccessful Democratic gubernatorial candidate in Georgia, founded the nonprofit in 2013 with the aim of mobilizing the Black vote. She has consistently alleged—without substantiation—that Georgia Republicans suppress Black voters, attributing her electoral losses to such suppression.

In January, The New Georgia Project was hit with a $300,000 ethics fine for illegal campaign fundraising activities. Fox 5 Atlanta reported that the State Ethics Commission’s five-year investigation uncovered the organization raised $4.2 million in dark money and spent $3.2 million on campaign-related activities.

Additionally, the Justice Department is urged to investigate another nonprofit tied to Abrams that received a questionable cash influx from President Joe Biden’s EPA, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Joe Biden’s EPA awarded $2 billion to a firm associated with Abrams, despite the firm reporting only $100 in revenue in its initial three months of operation in 2023. This revelation came to light when Elon Musk’s DOGE highlighted that a significant portion of funds recovered by Lee Zeldin was allocated to Power Forward Communities, a new nonprofit linked to Abrams, according to the Free Beacon.

Patriots are left questioning how a newly established firm with minimal revenue could secure such a substantial government contract. This situation demands thorough scrutiny to uphold the integrity of nonprofit operations and taxpayer funds.
