Patriots, get ready for an eye-opener! Julie Kelly, a true champion for justice, has unearthed a bombshell in the transcript from a recent court hearing involving a radical district judge. The case concerns whether the Trump Administration can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport violent criminal aliens.

Judge James Boasberg, appointed during the Obama era, seems to be orchestrating a legal coup against the executive branch. He is even considering holding Trump officials in contempt for not reversing planes mid-flight to bring back over a hundred criminals to the U.S.!

Last month, Boasberg placed a temporary restraining order on Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act, labeling it “troublesome.” He’s now extended this block, claiming the plaintiffs need more time to prepare their cases. But savvy Kelly saw through this charade from the start and predicted Boasberg’s contempt trap for Trump officials.

With a newly acquired transcript from a Thursday hearing, Kelly exposes how Boasberg manipulated the system to get involved in this immigration case, enacting his devious plans. Kelly shares on X, “I have just received the (purchased) transcript from Thursday’s hearing before Judge Boasberg. Lots of good stuff, especially as I develop a fuller timeline of what went down behind the scenes on March 15.”

Keen observers will find this revelation shocking: Boasberg claimed that cases were “randomly assigned,” but Kelly calls bluff on this narrative. Boasberg, according to Kelly, was well aware and even prepared for this case, wanting to halt deportations and trap the Trump administration in contempt.

PJ Media notes that Boasberg aims to usurp Trump’s authority over immigration and foreign policy, expressing fury over the enforcement of the Alien Enemies Act to deport dangerous criminal aliens without his court’s approval.

Kelly critiques Boasberg’s power grab, stating, “This is not judicial restraint or a careful balance of powers. This is Boasberg giving away the notion that the executive branch should WAIT FOR APPROVAL from the judicial branch before taking action on matters clearly under the purview of the presidency, including foreign policy and diplomacy.”

Boasberg’s rush to convert the lawsuit into a class action, impose another restraining order, and demand the return of planes carrying criminal aliens is a blatant overreach, as Kelly points out.

A particularly out-of-line moment during the hearing was when Boasberg demanded to know which Trump officials were listening in, questioning DOJ attorney Drew Ensign. Kelly highlights this as an overstep of judicial boundaries.

Despite the supposed impartiality of federal courts, Boasberg somehow ends up on multiple cases concerning the Trump Administration, casting doubt on the integrity of the judicial process. Kelly’s findings suggest a pattern in Boasberg’s actions, raising questions about fairness and the rule of law.
