Some January 6th Defendants have stories that resonate far beyond the courtroom. Brandon Fellows is one of those J6ers who turned his experience into an ongoing narrative that interacts with the American people. Sneaking video footage of the DC jail to reveal its inhumane conditions was just one of his bold moves.

After his release from the “DC Gulag,” Fellows was bound by the Department of Justice to remain in DC, yet he embraced his circumstances by defiantly trolling leftists and proudly standing by his MAGA beliefs. His viral videos tell the tale.

Most recently, his (legal) ICE Commission jacket at CPAC stirred quite the reaction from a leftist reporter, lighting up the internet and media outlets everywhere. Fellows’ journey is one of resilience and unyielding spirit.

From January 6 to Exoneration: My Journey Through Persecution, Loss, Limbo, and New Beginnings

Before the pivotal events of January 6, 2021, I lived a life full of ambition and accomplishment. From being a leader on my wrestling teams to holding executive roles in major companies, I was living the American dream. By 23, I co-owned a tree company and founded my own chimney business—all debt-free, embracing a lifestyle of freedom.

Attending the rally on January 6 to support the greatest president since Lincoln was exhilarating. I was ushered into the ellipse by staffers and Secret Service, experiencing a moment many could only dream of.

In the Capitol, officers indicated we were allowed inside. One video, which the FBI didn’t erase, shows an officer directing us further into the building. Leaving voluntarily, no officer instructed me otherwise, which is a legal requirement for conviction. I proudly shared my identity on CNN, believing my actions were lawful.

However, the FBI was less amicable than the Capitol Police. The absence of a dispersal warning resulted in nearly four years of persecution, immense financial setbacks, and endless media defamation.

1,075 Days in 12 Different Jails and Prisons

The aftermath of January 6 swept me into a legal whirlwind, transferring me between 12 jails and prisons. I endured solitary confinement for six months, faced unsanitary conditions, and was deprived of basic necessities and rights.

The loss of my grandmother while isolated alone in a cell marked the darkest hour, witnessing violent criminals walking free as my suffering continued.

Despite time-served plea deals, I stood firm, refusing to admit guilt. This resolve extended my incarceration to 1,075 days, with my eventual release on May 20, 2024.

The Only January 6th Defendant Forced to Live in D.C.

While others returned home, I remained under stringent surveillance within 50 miles of Washington, D.C.—a deliberate move to keep me under watchful eyes.

Yet, I never hid. Instead, I attended a Dr. Fauci hearing to expose the truth, earning the admiration of patriots nationwide. Despite threats and attacks, I upheld my convictions, continuing to share my story.

On July 4th, 2024, I was attacked in a hate crime, defending myself with minimal force. Despite the clear victimization, local communists attempted to vilify me further. But truth prevailed.

Media harassment persisted, alongside vandalism and theft following CNN’s coverage. My resolve to speak out and support other patriots never wavered.

Supreme Court Victory—But Still Not Free

The Supreme Court eventually recognized the wrongful application of charges against me. However, the slow legal process kept me shackled, until President Trump expedited my pardon.

On February 4, 2025, my freedom was reaffirmed. Yet, vindictive legal maneuvers by the opposition showcased their irrationality.

Thanks to President Trump, the unjust individuals were removed from power.

A Fresh Start—But I Need Your Help

With my charges dismissed, I’ve moved to New Jersey to rebuild my life and business. However, financial obstacles linger, threatening to delay my recovery further.

Support is crucial for relaunching my chimney business. I seek assistance to avoid missing another season. Whether through donations, loans, or spreading the word about my services, your help is invaluable.

Your support will not only aid my business revival but also restore my autonomy. Contributions will facilitate my return to tiny-housing, vital for my professional and personal freedom.

If assistance isn’t feasible, sharing my story and prayers are deeply appreciated. Thank you for standing by me.
