Former President Bill Clinton made a poignant appearance in Oklahoma City on Saturday morning, attending a heartfelt ceremony that honored the victims of the tragic Oklahoma City bombing.
During his speech, Clinton powerfully reflected, “I still remember as if it were 30 minutes ago, coming here with Hillary to that memorial service and saying: ‘You have lost too much, but you have not lost everything. You have certainly not lost America, and we will be with you for as many tomorrows as it takes.”
He confidently assured the gathered attendees, “I do think we’ve kept that commitment.”
The Oklahoma City bombing, a devastating event, occurred on April 19, 1995, when a truck bomb detonated at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. This heinous act took the lives of 168 people, tragically including 19 innocent children.
While Clinton delivered his stirring remarks, observers noted his hands appeared to shake noticeably.
In the past, Clinton addressed his hand tremors, clarifying that he does not have Parkinson’s. “If I had Parkinson’s, I wanted to know so I could prepare. And I had it tested and the doctor said ‘no.’ He says it’s just a normal aging phenomenon,” Clinton previously explained.

According to CBS:
Thirty years after the deadliest homegrown attack in U.S. history, former President Bill Clinton returned to Oklahoma City on Saturday to remember the people who were killed and comfort those affected by the bombing.
Clinton served as president on that fateful day, April 19, 1995, when a truck bomb obliterated a nine-story federal building in downtown Oklahoma City. During the remembrance ceremony near the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum, he delivered the keynote address with deep sincerity.
At 78, Clinton is still remembered for his compassionate handling of the city’s sorrow following the bombing, which claimed 168 lives, including 19 children. He emphasized that the tragedy is an indelible moment in his presidency.
He reiterated, “I still remember as if it were 30 minutes ago, coming here with Hillary to that memorial service and saying: ‘You have lost too much, but you have not lost everything. You have certainly not lost America, and we will be with you for as many tomorrows as it takes.’ I do think we’ve kept that commitment.”
Throughout the years, Clinton has encountered several health challenges. In 2004, he underwent a quadruple bypass heart surgery, and in 2021, he was hospitalized for a sepsis infection.
