The latest attempt to smear President Trump and his allies has once again crumbled under its own weight. On Thursday, Judge Boasberg presided over a hearing concerning a baseless lawsuit targeting officials from the Trump administration for their use of the encrypted app Signal.
As previously reported, the leftist group American Oversight has launched a lawsuit against prominent figures such as John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, and Tulsi Gabbard. They allege that their use of Signal violated the Presidential Records Act. Yet, this is just another chapter in American Oversight’s ongoing campaign against Republican interests.
This lawsuit claims that Trump officials used Signal for discussions on military actions, with National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and others reportedly using the platform to discuss plans concerning Yemen. The mainstream media eagerly jumped on this, but they’re ignoring the facts.
For instance, it’s been revealed that Joe Biden’s very own Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Avril Haines, frequently used Signal on her personal phone. The Washington Reporter brought this to light, pointing out the media’s double standards.
Apparently Biden’s DNI used Signal, never heard anyone say anything about that during the last 4 years!

Moreover, it’s been confirmed that the Biden administration authorized the use of Signal for official communications, ensuring compliance with presidential recordkeeping requirements, a practice that continued into Trump’s tenure.

Furthermore, it has been disclosed that the Biden administration utilized Signal to coordinate with Big Tech in stifling free speech and censoring conservative voices.

Judge Boasberg has no legitimate case to pursue. It’s clear he aims to undermine President Trump and our nation’s values, further proving this is yet another baseless attack from those who seek to weaken America’s greatness.
