The Biden Autopen scandal continues to escalate, uncovering more layers day by day. The Oversight Project has just released new findings that suggest President Joe Biden used autopen signatures in pardoning not only his family but also notable figures like Dr. Tony Fauci, General Milley, and members of the January 6 Committee.

On January 19, 2025, a critical day marking the eve of Donald Trump’s re-entry into the White House as the 47th President, Biden allegedly signed a slew of pardons. Astonishingly, these pardons, involving family members and other key figures, were all signed with what appears to be the exact same autopen signature.

This revelation begs the question: Who was really making decisions in the Biden White House? The Oversight Project has exhaustively collected documents bearing Biden’s signature, finding that nearly all used an autopen. The one exception was his announcement of withdrawing from the 2024 Presidential race.

On Monday, further details emerged about six criminals who were pardoned via autopen on December 30, 2022, while Biden was reportedly enjoying downtime in St. Croix. This incident adds another layer to the mystery surrounding the use of Biden’s autopen.

In a significant move, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has requested the Justice Department to delve into whether Biden’s apparent cognitive decline was exploited by White House staff to advance leftist policies without his consent. Bailey asserted:

“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey wrote. “If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void,” he added.

As the scandal unfolds, questions regarding the true locus of power during Biden’s presidency remain at the forefront of political discourse.
