Every document bearing Biden’s signature, except the one announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 election, utilized the same autopen signature.
President Trump stood firm, declaring Biden’s autopen pardons invalid in an important statement just after midnight on Sunday.

The Oversight Project highlighted Tanden’s role when Biden issued pardons via autopen from a golf course in the US Virgin Islands. Neera Tanden, known for her involvement in the Podesta emails and as a Russiagate conspiracy theorist, is not new to controversy. Her previous attacks on Republicans and even Senator Bernie Sanders have fueled political tensions.
Recently, the Oversight Project uncovered that six criminals were pardoned by Biden’s autopen while he vacationed and golfed in St. Croix. The New York Post reported that a key Biden aide might have overstepped their authority by deciding which documents to sign.
The report didn’t name the aide, but an insider described the fear surrounding this individual, saying, “I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president.”
Could Neera Tanden be the ‘key aide’ behind these autopenned pardons? After her withdrawal from her OMB Director nomination, Tanden took a pivotal role within Biden’s administration.
