In the past few days, the violence and mass killings of Christians and Alawites in Syria have surged to unprecedented levels. Thousands have perished across regions controlled by the extremist Islamic group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, aligned with the notorious al-Qaeda.
The root of this persecution lies in the regime change orchestrated by the previous American administration, with backing from NATO and the European Union. Their goal was to unseat President Bashar al-Assad and install Abu Mohammed al-Jolani—previously labeled a terrorist by the U.S. State Department—which has tragically resulted in the genocide of Alawites and Syrian Christians.
This ongoing genocide is a stark reality, even as the parliaments of “democratic” nations and the “Catholic” hierarchy, subservient to globalist interests, remain silent.
Our Christian brothers and sisters are facing barbaric killings in cities and villages. Elderly, women, and children are being crucified and slaughtered solely because of their Christian faith—a faith that has been eroded by years of compromise and concessions, particularly in Western nations and among their leaders.
While the madness of international high finance attempts to push European nations towards rearmament against Russia and a reckless war, the Syrian front (and also in Gaza, where Christians are being ethnically cleansed) sees the hierarchs of globalism remaining culpably silent, aligning themselves with a criminal terrorist targeted by a ten million dollar bounty.
The globalist deep state within the United States has fostered this new breeding ground of violence and extermination. It is therefore imperative for the United States to spearhead actions to end the genocide of Christians and other minorities in Syria, with the support of all who recognize Our Lord Jesus Christ as the only Savior.
We must not remain silent or inactive as our Christian brothers face martyrdom.
The scenes of horrific violence and cruelty we witness in distant lands could very well manifest in our Western nations, where corrupt rulers’ betrayals have allowed invasions by military-aged fanatical Mohammedans, aiming to impose ethnic substitution and the erasure of Christian Civilization in Europe.
I urge Catholics, especially during these solemn days of Holy Lent, to pray, fast, and perform penance, beseeching Heaven for protection for the persecuted faithful in Syria, Gaza, and worldwide.
May their example of heroic steadfastness in professing the true faith ignite an awakening of Christian consciences and a return to God, upon whom peace, harmony, and prosperity depend.
Deus vult!
