In a bold move, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has called on the Department of Justice to investigate whether White House staffers took advantage of President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline to push through radical policies without his awareness. Bailey’s demand for transparency is a beacon of accountability, ensuring that any misuse of power does not go unchecked.

Bailey emphatically stated, “I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval.” He further declared that if Biden’s staffers were indeed exploiting his mental state, such decisions would be null and void.

Bailey highlighted Biden’s decision to commute the sentences of nearly 40 death row inmates, questioning whether these actions were taken without Biden’s full comprehension. He argued, “Staffers and the Vice President cannot constitutionally evade accountability by laundering far-left orders through a man who does not know what he is signing.”

Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on Biden’s mental acuity adds fuel to the fire, describing Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory.” Hur found Biden had “willfully retained” classified information, but chose not to press charges due to Biden’s sympathetic persona.

Bailey also referenced Biden’s previous admission to Speaker Johnson about not recalling the signing of an executive order on energy exports to Europe.

The Oversight Project has meticulously gathered documents bearing Biden’s signature. Intriguingly, all except one—the announcement of his withdrawal from the 2024 election—were signed using an autopen. This raises questions about who was truly at the helm during Biden’s presidency.

These revelations underscore the crucial need for clarity and accountability in our nation’s leadership. Patriots across the country eagerly await the DOJ’s response to these significant claims.
