The fight for the freedom of January 6th defendants continues with fervor, even as President Trump has already issued over 1,500 pardons. One such patriot, Dan Wilson, finds himself under the crosshairs as activist judge Dabney Friedrich insists on upholding baseless charges against him.

Despite receiving a presidential pardon, Wilson faces setbacks due to an FBI raid on his home—an action inspired by the January 6th events. Although the raid was initially linked to his attendance at the Capitol, Wilson was controversially arrested for possessing firearms, a relic of a past conviction from over 30 years ago, rather than his presence on January 6th itself.

The presidential pardon clearly states:

“Grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021;

The Attorney General shall administer and effectuate the immediate issuance of certificates of pardon to all individuals described in section (b) above, and shall ensure that all individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, who are currently held in prison are released immediately. The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive.

I further direct the Attorney General to pursue dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments against individuals for their conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive.”

Many judges have recognized that this pardon extends to all charges stemming from the January 6th events, yet Judge Friedrich stands alone in contesting this. Her opposition effectively places every pardoned individual at risk of facing the same ordeal Wilson is currently enduring.

Judge Friedrich’s actions reflect a concerning trend of judicial activism that threatens the very fabric of our justice system. Her insistence on pursuing charges contradicts the language of the pardon and undermines the President’s authority. Wilson’s legal team, led by Attorney George Pallas, is working tirelessly to overturn this egregious ruling.

This is a battle not just for Wilson, but for all January 6th defendants who risk being imprisoned again. Help is desperately needed to cover the costs of this legal fight. Contributions can be made to Dan Wilson’s defense fund.

Wilson’s case highlights the lengths to which some judges will go to perpetuate narratives aimed at undermining patriotic Americans. As April 2nd approaches, Pallas and his team face the daunting challenge of reversing Friedrich’s ruling in less than two weeks.

The distinction between jail and prison is crucial here. Judge Friedrich’s manipulation of this difference to keep other defendants like Guy Reffitt under her thumb only underscores the need for comprehensive reform. Jails are temporary holding facilities, while prisons are meant for long-term detention, regulated by the Bureau of Prisons.

The actions of Judge Friedrich are a glaring example of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) in the judiciary. Her extreme bias against those pardoned by President Trump must be challenged. A full investigation into judicial conduct is necessary to restore faith in our legal system.
