Medicare claims for tissue and organ transplants, known as allografts, exploded from $200 million in 2019 to $14.4 billion in 2025 — a jump that set off alarm bells across the White House Anti-Fraud Task Force.

Since March, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services denied 96 percent of allograft claims flagged during the review.

“That’s a lot of money. And that bankrupts not just hospital systems and physician groups, but it causes major problems across the entire landscape.”

CMS identified 4,200 potentially fraudulent allograft claims totaling $224 million through May alone.

The crackdown didn’t stop with transplants. The administration also announced enforcement actions targeting Durable Medical Equipment fraud — wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, and other gear.

Payments have been suspended to 102 suppliers. Billing privileges revoked for another 725 suppliers. Those suppliers accounted for 8.6 percent of all Medicare-funded equipment in 2025.

CMS officials said they found claims for equipment that was never medically necessary, never ordered, more expensive than prescribed, or never delivered at all.

A spokesperson for Vance’s office said the task force “has effectively wiped out Durable Medical Equipment fraud in America” in just six months. The vice president and Oz announced a moratorium on new DME companies, paired with aggressive enforcement by DOJ and HHS.

Oz told Fox News Digital the administration’s whole-of-government approach stopped the bleeding.

“We stopped nearly $220 million in fraudulent skin substitute claims and suspended or revoked billing privileges for over 800 DME suppliers. We are keeping our promise to the American people: we will root out corruption, protect vulnerable patients, and hold every bad actor accountable.”

Oz had a message for anyone still trying to rip off Medicare.

“To anyone out there, and I’m talking to you if you’re a fraudster, for anyone out there who thinks they can get away by stealing from the American people, especially American patients, I’ve got a bit of advice for you: Do not walk away from this press conference. Don’t walk away from us. You start running because the vice president and this task force are coming after you.”

The White House Anti-Fraud Task Force is now expanding its review to other high-risk billing categories across Medicare and Medicaid.

Speaking aboard Air Force One returning from the NATO summit in Ankara Wednesday night, Trump revealed Tehran reached out after the latest round of U.S. strikes — the first American attacks on Iranian infrastructure since the April 8 ceasefire.

The strikes followed Iran’s attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.

“THEY CALLED A LITTLE WHILE AGO. THEY WANT TO MAKE A DEAL SO BADLY. I JUST DON’T KNOW IF THEY’RE WORTHY OF MAKING A DEAL. I DON’T KNOW IF THEY’RE GOING TO HONOR THE DEAL. THAT’S THE PROBLEM.”

Asked why Iran would attack commercial ships if it wanted an agreement, Trump said the regime was “sort of crazy” and “a little bit out of control” — even as he confirmed Tehran was still seeking talks.

“They want to make a deal — badly,” he said.

Trump also delivered a stark warning: any future Iranian aggression will draw an even more crushing response.

“We just hit them very hard,” Trump said. “We hit them 20 to 1. Every time they hit us, we’re going to hit them twenty[-fold].”

U.S. Central Command announced American forces had completed the second round of strikes against Iran, saying the operation was designed to further degrade Tehran’s ability to attack commercial shipping and civilian mariners transiting the Strait of Hormuz.

CENTCOM said U.S. forces struck approximately 90 Iranian military targets, including air defense systems, coastal surveillance assets, missile and drone storage sites, naval capabilities, and military logistics infrastructure along Iran’s coastline.

The command said the operation followed the previous night’s strikes, during which U.S. forces hit approximately 80 Iranian military targets — including more than 60 Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps small boats — after Iran attacked three commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz in violation of the ceasefire.

“U.S. forces remain vigilant, lethal, and prepared to execute operations directed by the Commander in Chief,” CENTCOM said.

A U.S. official told Axios that Wednesday’s operation included strikes on two railway bridges in northern Iran — marking the first reported U.S. attacks on Iranian infrastructure since the April 8 ceasefire. Other targets included coastal radar systems, anti-ship missile positions, air defenses, and other military assets tied to Iran’s operations near the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump framed the strikes as direct retaliation for Iran’s attacks on commercial shipping.

“This is in retribution for yesterday’s bombing of ships by Iran,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “If it happens again, it will get much worse!”

Vice President JD Vance described the administration’s posture in similar terms, saying the understanding with Tehran was that Washington would lift its blockade if Iran stopped attacking ships — but would respond with even greater force if the attacks resumed.

“IF YOU SHOOT AT SHIPS, WE ARE GOING TO PUNCH BACK, AND WE’RE GOING TO PUNCH BACK HARDER THAN EVER BEFORE.”

Iranian officials threatened retaliation, with Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warning, “If you strike, you’ll get hit.”

“America still hasn’t learned that bullying and breaking promises are no longer cost-free,” Ghalibaf wrote on X, insisting the Strait of Hormuz would open only under “Iranian arrangements,” not “American threats.”

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi warned the American strikes “will not go unanswered,” while Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran would “not answer vulgarity with vulgarity, but with action.”

Kuwait said its air defenses were intercepting hostile missile and drone attacks while air raid sirens sounded in Bahrain. Iranian forces had targeted U.S. military sites in both Gulf states following the previous night’s American strikes.

The latest escalation followed Iran’s attacks on three commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz, which Washington described as a violation of the memorandum of understanding intended to halt hostilities, restore freedom of navigation through the strategic waterway, and create space for negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program.

Trump declared earlier Wednesday that he considered the ceasefire “over,” but said aboard Air Force One that Iran had nevertheless reached out seeking renewed negotiations — even as he questioned whether the regime could be trusted to honor any future agreement.

The staggering spike prompted immediate action from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), led by Administrator Mehmet Oz, which identified 4,200 suspicious claims for skin substitutes—known as allografts—totaling $224 million in charges through May.

Since March, CMS has denied 96% of claims flagged as potentially fraudulent.

“THAT’S A LOT OF MONEY. AND THAT BANKRUPTS NOT JUST HOSPITAL SYSTEMS AND PHYSICIAN GROUPS, BUT IT CAUSES MAJOR PROBLEMS ACROSS THE ENTIRE LANDSCAPE.”

Oz delivered that warning during a press conference in Milwaukee on Wednesday, ahead of expected remarks from Vance highlighting the task force’s wins.

The agency also targeted alleged fraud in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)—wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds—suspending payments to 102 suppliers and revoking billing privileges for an additional 725 suppliers.

“In just six months, the task force has effectively wiped out Durable Medical Equipment fraud in America,” a spokesperson for Vance’s office told Fox News Digital.

The crackdown came after Vance and Oz announced a moratorium on new DME companies, paired with aggressive enforcement actions by the Justice Department and HHS.

The suspended suppliers represented 8.6% of all Medicare-funded Durable Medical Equipment in 2025.

Sources at CMS told Fox News Digital that fraud was identified for suppliers who filed claims for equipment that was not necessary or ordered, filed claims for equipment more complex or expensive than ordered, and claims for equipment that was never delivered.

“Thanks to the whole-of-government approach spearheaded by the White House Anti-Fraud Task Force, we stopped nearly $220 million in fraudulent skin substitute claims and suspended or revoked billing privileges for over 800 DME suppliers,” Oz said in a statement.

“We are keeping our promise to the American people: we will root out corruption, protect vulnerable patients, and hold every bad actor accountable.”

Oz issued that direct warning to fraudsters during the Milwaukee press conference.

In May, the Justice Department charged 15 individuals in Minnesota, uncovering more than $90 million in alleged fraudulent claims tied to multiple state-funded assistance programs.

The task force and DOJ announced a massive takedown of two of the largest Medicaid fraud cases in Minnesota state history, as well as the largest autism fraud scheme ever charged by the federal government.

“Our message is simple: if you’re committing fraud, we will find you, and we won’t rest until justice is served,” Vance said on X at the time.

President Donald Trump established the anti-fraud task force through an executive order in May, appointing Vance to lead the effort. A number of agencies and departments have joined the crackdown on fraud across the country.

“Vice President JD Vance and Republicans are doing a great job hunting down Fraud in the various States,” Trump posted on Truth Social in June. “Billions of Dollars is being found, and we’ve just started!”

DOGE, Elon Musk’s brainchild designed to eliminate fraud and waste from the federal government, saved taxpayers $214 billion through asset sales, grant cancellations, fraud deletion, and workforce reductions. The initiative cut 272,000 federal employees since Trump took office in January 2025.

DOGE posted the message on X as it formally wound down operations on Independence Day. But the Trump administration isn’t backing off — it’s doubling down.

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced a major food stamp fraud crackdown in Los Angeles on July 6. USDA investigators executed search warrants on 33 SNAP-authorized retailers caught trafficking benefits for cash and selling prohibited items including alcohol and vapes.

“These retailers are facing disqualifications and significant fines, but this is just the tip of the iceberg in the fraud plaguing SNAP,” Rollins posted. “Look out NYC, Dallas, and Atlanta. More action is coming.”

Small Business Administration chief Kelly Loeffler has exposed $200 billion in suspected fraud from the Biden-era Paycheck Protection Program. The SBA has already clawed back $22 billion to the Treasury and referred over half a million borrowers to the Justice Department for prosecution.

Vice President JD Vance’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud carried out further enforcement actions in June targeting PPP criminals.

“As we continue to uncover millions of dollars in PPP and COVID-era fraud, it has become clear that there was a shocking lack of safeguards around these programs. With the task force driving forward, the days of sending money into the hands of criminals are over.”

Approximately 140,000 federal employees agreed to leave through the deferred resignation program, which allowed workers to receive full salary and benefits until they departed in September 2025. Hiring freezes, early retirement offerings, and reductions in force combined to shrink the federal workforce by hundreds of thousands.

The formal DOGE mission may have ended — but Trump’s crackdown on fraud is now baked into every corner of the administration.

The June 21 incident outside a Birmingham nightclub was caught on video and posted to social media this week.

Footage shows a young white man backing away from an agitated mob when a black assailant threw him to the ground. Another male took a swing at his head while he was down.

“As the teen was getting back to his feet, a female officer rushed in and slammed him against the wall.”

Thinking he was still under attack, the teen took a defensive swing before realizing it was police.

“Oy, oy, oy!” he cried out.

“Do not f-cking punch me boy!” the officer screeched. “Put your hands behind your back!”

A second officer ran up to the assailants, had a brief interaction, then returned to help arrest the victim. The group casually walked away in the distance.

As officers cuffed the distressed teen, a bystander came forward: “Excuse me, they’ve got two of them on camera.”

The boy was crying. “What the f-ck! I want to go home! Please, please, I want to go home!”

“Walk to the f-cking car, you dick!” the female officer hissed.

A male officer bellowed “get in the f-cking car,” forcefully pushing the boy’s head down and shoving him into the vehicle.

The bystander gave a statement outside the car, describing how the victim was “clotheslined” — a wrestling move where someone hits the neck area with the inner arm, knocking him to the ground.

“Then someone hit him from behind and that’s when you went in,” the witness told the officer. “All I can say, is the defense was probably because he thought you were one of the attackers at that moment.”

“Okay,” the female officer responded. “Somebody assaulted him first?”

Birmingham Police issued a statement Thursday describing the event as “a group of men fighting” and confirming that only the victim was charged.

“We are aware of footage showing the arrest of a man after a disorder on Broad Street at 1.30am on 21 June,” the department posted on X July 2.

“Officers found a group of men fighting. As the incident was dealt with, an officer was punched. One man was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer.”

In a follow-up post, Birmingham Police said the incident had been reviewed and “we have no concerns over the officer’s actions and we are satisfied that they were reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances.”

The department asked that the footage not be “further shared to allow the legal process to take its course.”

The arrest draws comparisons to the December 2025 murder of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old university student stabbed outside a pub in Southampton, England, by 23-year-old Vickrum Singh Digwa. The charges remain allegations. The case has not been proven in court.

Upsetting police bodycam footage showed officers handcuffing Nowak as he lay dying from stab wounds.

That incident sparked public outrage, Parliamentary debate, and wider discussion about “two tier policing” — law enforcement treating different groups unequally based on race or political affiliation.

In the West, the practice has led to ethnic minorities and left-wing demonstrators routinely receiving more lenient treatment compared to white people and conservative protesters.

The State Department issued a harsh rebuke of two-tiered policing last month amid outrage over Nowak’s death.

“Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline,” the State Department wrote in a viral post on X. “They must be rejected across the West. The United States sends our condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and the people of the United Kingdom at this troubling time.”

Vice President JD Vance piled on, stating the incident proves “western civilization is at risk.”

The fierce public backlash over Nowak’s murder was cited as a factor that contributed to the resignation of Prime Minister Keir Starmer on June 22, 2026.

The latest incident has sparked an outpouring of commentary from British media and politicians.

Conservative British journalist David Atherton commented on X Thursday: “Henry Nowak Mark II. A white man is set upon by some Africans & the West Midlands @WMPolice arrest him.”

“They must have seen he was not the aggressor. In two-tier Britain claiming self-defense will be rejected, unlike the Manchester Airport scum.”

Member of Parliament James McMurdock weighed in Friday: “I can’t let this go unchallenged.”

“That young man was, in my opinion and based on the video … the clear victim of an assault,” he posted on X.

“The video shows, for reasons that are entirely beyond my comprehension, the officer steaming directly into the victim. The officer made no effort to prevent the attack or apprehend the men who had just administered the violence. What I see in the video is the officer using speed and aggression at the moment of peak danger and confusion against the victim. The victim then controls himself the moment he realises it is now a police officer attacking him and not one of the multiple men who were attacking him a fraction of a second earlier. In my opinion Birmingham Police should drop the charges against this young man and ask the officer why she went for the victim on the ground and not the attackers!”

According to Reform Party MP Robert Jenrick, Birmingham Police must follow a “Race Action Plan” that directs officers to not “over-police” black people.

“It says disparities in outcomes are problems ‘regardless of their causes,'” he explained on X. “If you tell your officers that, don’t be surprised when this happens.”

Former police officer and current Reform Party official Stuart Davies stated on X there needs to be “a thorough investigation” into the arrest and the officers’ conduct scrutinized.

“More evidence of two-tier policing against white people in Britain,” stated MP Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform Party.

“This young man was attacked by ethnic minority men and instead of arresting them, the police arrested the victim. Only Reform will put an end to this.”

Restore Britain MP Rupert Lowe posted on X that he is “sick” of constantly seeing young white males treated unfairly by law enforcement.

“Let’s be honest about what’s happening here – the entire British state is stacked against young white straight British men – all this protected characteristic bullshit. I am so sick of it,” he wrote.

“Restore Britain will rip it out. That I promise you. Burn the Equality Act. We will treat all equally. A black man will have no built-in advantages over a white man. That will end. We will restore fairness.”

Lowe called DEI policies that lead to such outcomes “a racist infestation that must be removed.”

Last month Lowe released his Rape Gang Inquiry Report revealing that Pakistani grooming networks across the United Kingdom allegedly sexually abused at least 250,000 young, mostly white British girls between 1950 and 2025.

“I detest it all so very much,” Lowe concluded.

The episode of “Storytime with the Second Lady” featured Trump and Vance reading “Presidents Play,” a book published by the White House Historical Society about the hobbies of past commanders-in-chief.

Trump kicked things off with a joke about his 11 grandchildren — promising to make the episode “mandatory” viewing for them.

“That won’t mean anything—that means they still won’t do it, but I’ll make it mandatory.”

As they flipped through the book, Trump offered his trademark colorful takes on former presidents.

On Lyndon B. Johnson and Ronald Reagan: Trump noted they were “very different types of presidents.” While Johnson wasn’t in the same physical shape as Reagan, he was still a “tough cookie.” Trump praised Reagan as a “high-quality person” whom many people looked up to.

On Bill Clinton: Reacting to an illustration of Clinton running on a jogging track, Trump admitted he hadn’t even realized the White House grounds had one until recently.

“I don’t think I’ll ever do that. I don’t see myself doing that,” Trump said, before adding, “But he actually was a nice guy. I like Bill Clinton a lot. I still do.”

On Abraham Lincoln: The book showed Lincoln riding a horse, prompting Trump to share a personal hesitation.

“I’d like to ride horses too,” he revealed. “In fact, it gives me an idea, but when you fall off a horse, I’ve seen too many bad things happen.”

On Barack Obama: Trump remarked on Obama’s athletic pastimes: “Obama is a basketball player. I don’t know if he’s a good basketball player, I tend to doubt it. Actually, his favorite sport is golf … But he won’t be in the Masters anytime soon.”

On William Howard Taft: Commenting on Taft’s famously large stature, Trump joked about his own fitness goals.

“He was our heaviest president, and I have to be careful, because I don’t want to supersede his record, and a thing like that would be possible if I allowed it to happen. For all of you out there watching, keep yourself in good shape, right?”

On Franklin D. Roosevelt and Gerald Ford: Trump shared a fun historical fact for the young audience — the current White House press briefing room used to be an indoor swimming pool. That led into a comment on Gerald Ford, who later built the outdoor pool on the property.

“I don’t get to use it,” Trump quipped. “I don’t know if I look good in a bathing suit. I haven’t had a bathing suit in a long time.”

On John F. Kennedy: Trump had kind words for the 35th president, calling him the “second-most-good looking president” — leaving the audience to guess who holds the top spot.

The conversation also touched on local politics when a page depicting Harry Truman taking a stroll outside prompted Trump to praise Vice President JD Vance. Trump pointed out that, with the vice president’s help, Washington D.C. has once again become a very safe place.

The episode drops just ahead of Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday celebration.

The 6-3 conservative majority ruled in Mullin v. Doe that Trump’s rescission of TPS — correcting years of Biden-era abuse — stands. The decision clears the way for removing Haitians from communities like Springfield, Ohio, a key 2024 campaign pledge from Trump and JD Vance.

“The Secretary of Homeland Security has terminated every TPS designation that has come up for renewal, 13 in all.”

Justice Samuel Alito’s majority opinion centered on whether executive immigration decisions can be reviewed by courts. The TPS statute explicitly states that Homeland Security determinations are non-reviewable by the judiciary. Alito upheld that common-sense reading.

As determined by Trump’s DHS secretary, foreign nationals from nearly a dozen countries — including Haiti and Syria — will no longer receive TPS and are now eligible for removal.

Alito noted the betrayal baked into the program: despite the promise of “temporary” status, TPS has effectively been permanent for decades. Trump campaigned on ending that abuse.

Lower courts tried to block Trump’s TPS terminations anyway, claiming the Haitian plaintiffs faced unconstitutional race-based discrimination. Their evidence? Trump once called certain countries “sh*t hole countries.”

The district court granted relief based on that claim. The Supreme Court rejected it.

“Nevertheless, lower courts, including those in the cases now before us, have continued to block the Secretary’s attempted terminations of other TPS designations.”

Justice Clarence Thomas went further in his concurrence, writing that non-citizens have no equal-protection claim in the first place. Foreigners “have never been guaranteed a right to immigration status or citizenship based on equal protection principles, even when these laws were openly discriminatory,” Thomas wrote, citing the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act.

Thomas argued the entire anti-discrimination standard is absurd when applied to immigration law. “It is impossible to construct immigration and naturalization laws that do not distinguish and discriminate based on ethnicity and country of origin,” he wrote.

The win is significant — but the case highlights a deeper problem. Why should any administration have the power to open the borders to unlimited third-world migration just because conditions abroad are worse than ours?

Executive discretion helped Trump this time. But executive discretion also let Biden abuse TPS with no judicial check.

The 1990 Immigration Act that created TPS is ripe for abuse and has been abused for decades. The only way to complete Trump’s reforms and ensure TPS isn’t weaponized again is to shut down the program entirely.

Congress must repeal the 1990 statute. America is not a global refugee dumping ground. Our children need not be disinherited because other countries are dysfunctional.

The admission came quietly, buried in a new report from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

The MBA, a lobbying group for the mortgage industry, published a report showing that the Trump administration’s strict immigration policies and the subsequent drop in immigration are weakening housing demand. In other words, they’re admitting immigration creates more demand — which drives up prices.

Trump and Vance were right.

Trump, Vance, Stephen Miller, and the White House have taken relentless grief for making this exact argument.

The White House released a fact sheet in January showing that deportations were playing a role in driving down housing costs in top metro areas like Austin, San Diego, and San Jose.

Vance hammered the point during the 2024 vice-presidential debate against Tim Walz.

“Look, in Springfield, Ohio, and in communities all across this country, you’ve got schools that are overwhelmed, you’ve got hospitals that are overwhelmed, you have got housing that is totally unaffordable because we brought in millions of illegal immigrants to compete with Americans for scarce homes,” he said.

NBC News scrambled to quote economists skeptical of Vance’s claim. Even the pro-mass immigration CATO Institute — funded by billionaire Charles Koch, who is heavily invested in real estate development — acknowledged Vance was correct.

Of course, CATO tried to spin it: “Yeah, he’s right about this problem, but this problem? It’s actually totally fine.”

Now the mortgage industry is singing the same tune — but for a very different reason.

The MBA is also sounding the alarm on America’s fertility crisis. Why? Because if the population shrinks, housing demand shrinks. The supply of homes stays the same. When Boomers die, fewer migrants arrive, and fertility rates stay low — housing prices fall.

And if housing prices drop, so do the profit margins on mortgages.

“Slower housing demand growth could have important implications for the mortgage industry, including effects on mortgage origination volumes, borrower equity accumulation, and credit performance.”

That’s MBA Chief Economist Mike Fratantoni speaking in plain English: We’re screwed.

The MBA is basically announcing to D.C. policymakers that the solution — since young Americans aren’t coupling, marrying, and having families because everything is too expensive and they can’t afford homes — is to import more and more migrants to inflate demand.

A problem caused by neoliberal economics needs to be solved with more neoliberal economics, apparently.

To be fair, it’s not just the MBA. Many American homeowners don’t want housing prices to fall either. Retirees on fixed incomes see their home’s market value as the golden nest egg. They’re rich on paper. If prices crash before they downsize, their retirement plans are toast.

That position is understandable. But importing migrants to boost housing demand comes at a great cost to others — maybe not to mortgage lobbyists in tony D.C. neighborhoods, but to middle-class communities facing rapid demographic change and the breakdown of social cohesion.

The housing issue is a tough nut to crack. But the mortgage industry just admitted Trump and Vance were right. And the only way the industry keeps raking in profits is if America reverses course and begins importing waves of migrants once again.

It’s not just about cheap labor. It’s also about making sure the mortgage industry gets what it’s owed.

Heaven forbid things are affordable for the average Joe.

The Court’s ruling was a major setback — but Vance sees an opening.

Speaking on Fox News with Laura Ingraham, Vance called the decision a “major, major mistake” and warned the ruling invites a dangerous loophole: foreign nationals flying to America on vacation, giving birth, and instantly securing citizenship — and all its benefits — for their child and family.

“This was a very disappointing ruling from the Supreme Court. We respect it, but we also think that it was a major, major mistake. One of the things that it might invite, Laura, is people to come here quite literally on a vacation, give birth, and then all of a sudden the child and their family have the full benefits of American citizenship. It’s just a preposterous ruling, and the absurdity of that outcome suggests why the Supreme Court should have went the other way.”

The overall vote struck down Trump’s order 6-3. But Vance zeroed in on the 5-4 constitutional split on the Citizenship Clause itself — the narrow margin that defines whether birthright citizenship applies to children of non-citizens.

That one-vote margin, Vance argued, means the current precedent is “hanging by a thread.”

He drew a direct parallel to the decades-long fight that eventually overturned Roe v. Wade — suggesting conservatives can win this battle the same way.

Trump’s executive order sought to deny automatic citizenship to children born on U.S. soil unless at least one parent was a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. The administration framed the policy as essential to ending “birth tourism” and removing incentives for illegal immigration.

The 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause — ratified in 1868 — was written with one urgent purpose: overturn the Dred Scott decision and guarantee citizenship to freed Black Americans after the Civil War. The clause states:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

The phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is now the legal battleground. Conservatives argue it was never intended to cover children of foreign nationals who owe allegiance to other countries.

Vance singled out Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s vote against the administration, calling it a “serious error” — though he acknowledged nobody is perfect.

Border Czar Tom Homan responded to the ruling by calling on Congress to pass legislation closing the birthright loophole. Homan warned the administration would ramp up enforcement operations targeting birth-tourism networks and “combat the broader drivers” of illegal migration in the wake of the Court’s decision.

The charges remain allegations. The case has not been proven in court.

The split comes as Trump works to convert military pressure into a diplomatic framework without losing the faith bloc that delivered him the White House.

Dr. Mike Evans, founder of the Friends of Zion Heritage Center in Jerusalem and a close Trump ally, told Fox News Digital that critics are underestimating the president.

“Donald Trump was key to ending the Gaza war, he was key to getting hostages out of there and he was key in breaking the back of the Iranian regime, including destroying its navy, air force, missile defense and leadership.”

Evans said there are 750 million Bible-believing Christians worldwide who identify as Zionists. While they may disagree on Israeli political issues, he said, they agree Israel is the biblical homeland given by God to the Jewish people through Abraham.

Before the election, Trump met with Christian groups and asked whether they would support him, Evans said. They agreed — on the condition that he support Christian values in the United States and stand by Israel.

“He promised to do both and so far he’s exceeded all of our expectations,” Evans said.

The White House defended the agreement, noting that Operation Epic Fury dismantled Iran’s military capabilities in February during a 38-day campaign coordinated with Israel.

“President Trump and his negotiating team have brokered an excellent, performance-based MOU that advances the interests of the United States by ending the fighting, reopening the Strait of Hormuz to significantly lower energy prices, and forcing Iran to commit to abandon its nuclear ambitions,” White House Spokesperson Olivia Wales told Fox News Digital.

Rev. Johnnie Moore, President of The Congress of Christian Leaders, told Fox News Digital that opposition to President Obama’s catastrophic Iran deal was one of the top three reasons evangelicals rallied to Trump in 2016.

“Evangelicals know, and President Trump knows, that words on paper don’t change terrorists. Accountability does. Action does. This President has been willing to confront the Iranian regime in ways no predecessor would, and the regime has never been weaker,” Moore said.

“Evangelicals trust President Trump entirely. That does not mean that we trust many of those now involved in the negotiation.”

The risk Trump must manage, Moore added, is that Tehran turns this into a stalling game — as it tried with his own team at least twice and did successfully with Presidents Biden and Obama.

Other evangelical leaders expressed sharper concerns.

Laurie Cardoza-Moore, president of Proclaiming Justice to the Nations, told Fox News Digital that evangelical Christians were largely responsible for the election of the current administration — and the Iran agreement is extremely worrying.

“One of our core issues is the Biblical requirement to stand with Israel and G-d’s chosen people as described in the Books of Genesis and Obadiah. As the Bible teaches, those who stand with Israel will be blessed, and those who curse her will be cursed,” she said.

“There is a strong feeling that Israel is being betrayed and thrown under the bus in favor of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We are particularly concerned about recent harsh and false statements made by Vice President Vance, which could be perceived as cursing Israel,” she added.

Vance has supported Israel but has also said he is willing to criticize the country when he believes its actions warrant it. He condemned antisemitism in February, telling the Daily Mail, “I think Jew hatred is disgusting.”

But Vance has also made clear that support for Israel does not mean automatic agreement with Netanyahu’s government.

“Prime Minister Netanyahu, look, he governs a country that has obviously been a very close partner of the United States. But, even when we’ve been close partners, sometimes we have interests that are perfectly aligned, and sometimes we have interests that are misaligned,” Vance said in an interview on “CBS Sunday Morning” June 10.

The Trump administration publicly released details of the memorandum outlining plans for immediate waivers on Iranian oil exports, a framework for at least $300 billion in reconstruction and economic development assistance if a final agreement is reached, and a 60-day negotiating period aimed at securing a comprehensive deal on Iran’s nuclear program.

Pastor John Hagee, founder and chairman of Christians United for Israel, told Fox News Digital that in its current form, the MOU appears ill-advised at best, as the military gains achieved by Washington and Jerusalem have yet to be fully realized.

“I have yet to hear from anyone who was not surprised by such an about face in signing the MoU. Who would not be concerned with the U.S. effectively agreeing to forever negotiations with a highly militarized radical Islamist regime, flush with cash, in pursuit of nuclear weapons.”

Most evangelical Christians, Hagee added, see what everyone else sees: The U.S. negotiating team appears to have fumbled the ball on the one-yard line.

“From a religious perspective, we have a divine mandate to stand with Israel. From a national security perspective, we have no stronger or wiser ally anywhere in the world,” Hagee said.

“The Islamic Republic declared war on the West the day it was founded nearly half a century ago. That has not changed. Democracies rarely get to decide who their enemies are. The only conclusion to this conflict is regime change through domestic revolution in Iran,” Hagee added.

Evans predicted Trump is likely to extend negotiations beyond the initial 60-day timeframe, carrying them through the end of the year and beyond the midterm elections. President Trump, Evans said, will then break the economic back of the regime, take Kharg Island and completely bankrupt Iran.

“I am not panicking because I know Donald Trump. I am the strongest supporter in the state of Israel of Donald Trump. I am the one that hosted the embassy gala, put up all the billboards and gave him an award. I am not panicking over this,” he said.

Dr. Jürgen Bühler, president of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, said his organization has witnessed up close for decades how the Iranian regime has progressively raised the sword of radical Islam over Israel, as well as over indigenous Christians throughout the Middle East.

“Given the current deal being worked out with Iranian leaders, we share the sense of most Israelis that the war against this intolerable Iranian threat has been stopped short of its needed objective,” he told Fox News Digital.

Ultimately, Bühler said, the best and most just answer to the Iranian threat is genuine regime change in Tehran.

Heather Johnston, founder and president of the U.S.-Israel Education Association, said in a statement to Fox News Digital that the U.S.-Israel relationship has advanced American interests for decades and should be strengthened — not strained — by U.S. diplomacy with Iran.

“Iran’s long record of supporting terrorism and threatening Israel gives Americans ample reason to assess this agreement carefully and skeptically. Any diplomacy with Iran should be measured against whether it advances or undermines that progress,” she said.
