Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman keeps escalating his newest feud.
Fetterman is in a fight with a member of his own party.
And John Fetterman turned on a fellow Democrat for this jaw-dropping reason.
Senator Fetterman increased to Huffington Post political press reporter Igor Bobic and honestly questioned why New Jersey Democrat Senator Bob Menendez should be allowed to participate in a classified instruction on the Hamas terrorist attack in Israel and Israel’s resulting military operations after prosecutors charged Menendez with serving as an unregistered representative of the Egyptian federal government.
Fetterman walks up to me and states:
“Hey, I have a concern for a good friend. If someone has been accused of being a foreign agent for Egypt, should they be enabled to participate in a classified instruction on Israel tomorrow?”

Menendez realized the bad optics and selected not to go to the rundown claiming that his 30 years in Congress made the rundown irrelevant and he knew everything he currently needed to.
“I made my own choice not to attend,” Menendez informed the Washington Times. “After thirty years of doing diplomacy and [being] totally involved with our relationship with Israel, there’s absolutely nothing I’m going to hear in a categorized hearing that is going to modify my view of what requires to be done.”
District attorneys charged Menendez with turning over sensitive details about the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to Egyptian authorities in exchange for an allurement.
“Later on that very same day, Menendez looked for from the State Department non-public information relating to the number and citizenship of individuals serving at the United States Embassy in Cairo, Egypt,” the indictment versus Menendez read. “Although this info was not categorized, it was considered extremely delicate because it might posture significant operational security concerns if divulged to a foreign federal government or made public.”
This indictment put Menendez’s super-safe Senate seat in play for the 2024 election.
And John Fetterman’s taken it upon himself to lead the charge to repair the Democrats’ political problem by demanding the Senate expel Menendez.
“Senator Menendez should not be a U.S. Senator. He ought to have been gone long ago. It is time for each one of my colleagues in the Senate to join me in expelling Senator Menendez. We can not have an alleged foreign representative in the United States Senate,” Fetterman wrote on X, the app previously called Twitter.
Fetterman making a concern out of Menendez attending a categorized intelligence instruction is another way to turn up the temperature level on Menendez and require him to resign rather than run for re-election and jeopardize Democrats’ hang on the Senate.
