And Joe Biden hit the panic button after a suit exposed this dark trick about his family.
Then-Vice President Joe Biden wished to keep his communications with his family and their dubious companies concealed from open records demands on government emails.
A Flexibility of Info Act (FOIA) demand filed by the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) revealed that Biden had utilized fake names on government email accounts.
NARA confirmed the presence of a minimum of 5,400 e-mails from Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware, fake names used by Biden that were uncovered on Hunter’s laptop computer from hell.
SLF is suing NARA in a FOIA claim to get the firm to turn over the e-mails sent out from the fake names that Biden utilized.
NARA dropped a bombshell when it exposed that it found 82,000 prospective documents associated with the FOIA request for records related to the fake names Biden utilized in a court filing.
“NARA has completed a look for potentially responsive files and is currently processing those files for the purpose of producing non-exempt portions of any responsive records on a monthly rolling basis,” the court filing read. “Provided the scope of Plaintiff’s FOIA demand, which seeks copies of all e-mails in 3 separate accounts over an eight-year duration, the volume of possibly responsive records is always big.”
“NARA has identified roughly 82,000 pages of possibly responsive documents, and it is currently processing those documents and preparing any nonexempt responsive files for production on a rolling basis,” the filing included.
82,000 files associated with the 3 phony names that Biden used for e-mail blows what former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did on her unlawful homebrew email server out of the water.
Biden was trying to hide a huge variety of emails that never ever would have been found without his child’s laptop.
For instance, then-Vice President Biden utilized a federal government e-mail account with the name Robert L. Peters to schedule a meeting with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko according to an email found on Hunter’s laptop.
America First Legal Foundation submitted a separate FOIA claim versus NARA that required the agency to expose that Vice President Biden’s office sent more than 4,000 emails to Hunter Biden and over 20,000 to Hunter’s investment company Rosemont Seneca Partners.
NARA has been battling tooth and nail to keep from handing over the contents of Biden’s e-mails.
Being in that trove of emails could be the smoking cigarettes gun that could reduce Joe Biden’s Presidency.
