Former President Donald Trump announced that he received a target letter about the January 6 investigation of Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Smith’s letter highly recommends that Trump is going to face another indictment in the relentless witch hunt versus him.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is among Trump’s fiercest advocates in Congress and he sprung into action after the statement.

The conservative firebrand revealed that he was going to utilize the House’s power of the handbag to defund the unique counsel investigation.

“I will be presenting legislation to DEFUND Jack Smith’s witch hunt versus President Trump,” Gaetz stated on social networks. “They are assaulting our democracy and engaging in election disturbance right now. The United States Congress has the ability to stop this election interference, and we need to act immediately!”

Trump remains in a strong position to defeat President Joe Biden next and return to the White House.
