Fulton County District Lawyer Fani Willis is on the warpath.

Willis is not even trying to hide her intents.

And now she revealed this unthinkable strategy to put Trump in prison before the election.

Willis– a chosen Democrat– is making no bones about the truth that her objective is to remove Trump.

After detaining Trump on rubbish charges, Willis revealed her proposed trial date of March 4, 2024.

“Due to Accused Donald John Trump’s other criminal and civil matters pending in the courts of our sister sovereigns, the State of Georgia proposes particular deadlines that do not conflict with these other courts’ already-scheduled hearings and trial dates,” Willis’ movement to set a trial date read.

Willis isn’t even trying to hide it.

The Super Tuesday primaries are set up for March 5 and the Georgia Primary is slated one week later for March 12.

It could not be more obvious that Willis wants to interfere in the election unless she invited Joe Biden to provide the opening declarations in the trial.

But Willis’ relocation looks like a PR stunt.

CNN legal analyst and previous federal prosecutor Ellie Honig described that jury selection at the state level takes far longer than in federal cases.

Honig kept in mind that Willis is currently in the middle of a racketeering case where jury selection remains in its seventh month which template would press Trump’s trial far past election day.

“So, even if they start in March, they ‘d still be selecting a jury on election day, so that is not taking place. I comprehend what the D.A. is doing, she’s doing what prosecutors are trained to do, you constantly state, ‘We are all set to go, any day, we want to try everybody entirely,’ but March is not occurring for this case,” Honig stated.

U.S. Lawyer for the Middle District of Georgia, Michael J. Moore agreed, explaining that by Willis trying to try Trump and all 18 of his co-defendants simultaneously it made it difficult to keep the March 4 trial date.

“There’s not an opportunity. There’ll be individuals who turn, who work together, plead out. There might be individuals she decides to get rid of because it complicates the case. I suggest there might be a number of factors,” he stated. “There won’t be 19 accuseds being in the courtroom and due to the fact that there’s 19, that is among the factors there’s no possible way that she’s gon na go to trial in March.”

Moore likewise alerted that Willis pushing for such a speedy trial would augment Donald Trump’s arguments that the Democrats weaponized the justice system to interfere in the 2024 election.
