Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA), the ranking member of your house Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, presented the Supreme Court Tenure Facility and Retirement Modernization Act.

Members of left-wing activist groups funded by globalist billionaire George Soros consisting of Stand Up America joined Johnson at his press conference for the bill.
Stand Up America executive director Christina Harvey grumbled that “every other week, we awaken and we see another scandal” including Supreme Court justices, referencing the negative campaign against Thomas and Justice Samuel Alito.
The bill has no hope of passing the Republican-controlled Home, however it’s a sneak peek of what’s to come in a possible second term for President Joe Biden if Democrats take both houses of Congress.
Democrats are itching to find a way to change the conservative Justices on the court.
